Barstool Sports president Dave Portnoy has made many media appearances over the years. But he recently broke into the world of cartoons. Portnoy made an appearance on a recent episode of the Fox adult cartoon show 'Family Guy', according to the account 'This Day in Barstool Sports'. In the screenshot of the scene, it appears that Portnoy is in front of the Griffin household with a camera man as he tries some pizza made by main characters Stewie and Chris.
