Manchester United and Arsenal 'receive boost in pursuit of Viktor Gyokeres' as striker 'reaches agreement with Sporting Lisbon over summer move'
In-demand Sporting Lisbon striker Viktor Gyokeres has come to an agreement with the Portuguese over a summer transfer, a report has claimed. The Swedish star, who penned a five-year deal with Sporting in 2023, reportedly has a verbal agreement in place that will allow him to leave for up £60million. That fee would represent something of a bargain for the 26-year-old, given his remarkable exploits in the Portuguese top flight since his acquisition from Championship outfit Coventry City.
