Leonardo DiCaprio's penthouse fromThe Wolf of Wall Streetis officially off the market.

The Manhattan apartmenthit the marketin late April priced at $4.95 million. Just weeks later, the home has found a buyer, listing agent Boris Sharapan Fabrikant Esq. of Compass confirms to PEOPLE.

"Several people reached out, saying they are big fans of the movie and might be interested in seeing the apartment," said Fabrikant. "One buyer contemplated purchasing it but needed to fly in from Miami. Before he had a chance to see it, it was already in contract."

Based on the real-lifeJordan Belfort's 2007 memoir of the same name,The Wolf of Wall Streettells the story of Belfort's career as a stockbroker, chronicling how his company engaged in corruption and fraud for his personal financial gain, which ultimately led to 22 months in federal prison, one month in rehab, and $110 million in restitution.

DiCaprio starred as Belfort in the 2013 film, earning him a Golden Globe and an Oscar nomination for Best Actor.

Following his release from prison, Belfort became an entrepreneur and motivational speaker. According to hiswebsite, he offers a variety of business courses, corporate training, and private consulting and speaking engagements.

InThe Wolf of Wall Street, the penthouse was home to DiCaprio's character. The contemporary-style apartment has three bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, sweeping views of the city, and two private terraces.
