NFL quarterback announces he's engaged in emotional Instagram post
New England Patriots quarterback Joshua Dobbs proposed to his girlfriend Jocelyn Lara and wrote an emotional post for his partner of three and a half years. Eleven days after securing a deal with the New England Patriots, Dobbs secured a life commitment with Lara, a Chelsea, Massachusetts native. The pair shared pictures from Dobbs' romantic proposal at the Boston Harbor on Friday. Dobbs popped the question on a dock lined up with candles and white petals in front of a giant white hears with the words 'Will you marry me' in the middle.
