NFL defensive star John Cominsky retires at just 29 after only six years in the league
Detroit Lions defensive lineman John Cominsky has retired from the NFL due to injuries, the 29-year-old revealed on Instagram in a lengthy statement. Cominsky last played in the NFL during the 2023 season after he tore his MCL during training camp last year. Cominsky only played for six seasons in the NFL, ending his career before his fourth decade of life begins. 'After 6 years in the NFL, I am officially medically retiring,' Cominsky said on Instagram.
