A former Premier League goal machine was hurried to hospital on Sunday after developing a 'rapid heartbeat'. The star, one of the Saudi Pro League's most prolific men, was forced to miss training after the heart rate complication caused by 'physical stress'. His health is now being monitored by his club, Al-Hilal, and he is a doubt for Tuesday's Asian Champions League clash with Uzbek club Pakhtakor. Aleksandar Mitrovic left Fulham for Al-Hilal for £46million in 2023 on the back of his best Premier League season, in which he scored 14 goals.
