Deion Sanders agrees new Colorado Buffaloes contract worth $54m over five years
Deion Sanders has agreed a new five-year contract worth $54million to continue coaching the Colorado Buffaloes. Local reporter Brian Howell revealed the news on social media on Friday after the school's board of regents approved the package. It comes after the former NFL star was heavily linked with the Dallas Cowboys vacancy earlier in the offseason. Sanders will earn $10m in each of the next two seasons, $11m in the following two seasons and $12m in the fifth and final year of the deal.
