The duo went public together in November last year at the GQ Men of the Year Awards and are around seven months into their relationship. Grace, a nail technician and Instagram influencer with 34,000 followers, is also from Manchester and opens up about their bond in a touching scene. The lovebirds are filmed dining in a swanky London restaurant, far from Palmer's humble beginnings, in England's Lions: A New Generation, which will be out on Amazon prime from Saturday, March 15.
