Seattle Seahawks quarterback Geno Smith exited his team's Sunday Night Football contest against the Green Bay Packers after sustaining a leg injury in the third quarter. Smith was hit low on a pass play by Packers linebacker Edgerrin Cooper - who appeared to start stumbling before he hit the Seattle quarterback. Smith was seen limping off the field after the hit and angrily slammed his helmet on the sideline. Later, he was seen grimacing in what NFL Network insider Ian Rapoport described as 'significant pain'.
