Tyrrell Hatton journeyed through a back-nine wobble and the Valley of Sin on his way to a slice of history by claiming a one-stroke victory at the Alfred Dunhill Links Championship on Sunday. In doing so, the Englishman became the only man to claim the title three times and it was achieved in compelling fashion at St Andrews after he had allowed a procession to turn into a late drama.
