Bolton manager Ivan Evatt risks an FA probe after being sent off for squaring-off against both the referee and an opposition player, according to reports. The incident happened at full-time of the League One clash between Bolton and Shrewsbury town, after Evatt went to confront referee Declan Bourne who blew his whistle early injury time. Bourne appeared to blow his whistle in the eighth minute of extra time, with time on the clock still remaining.
