It was not the start to the Ryder Cup Team USA and captain Keegan Bradley envisioned.

Day 1 ended with Europe taking a 5.5-2.5 lead, thanks to the rock-solid play of Tommy Fleetwood, the brilliance of Jon Rahm and the aura of Rory McIlroy.

On the flip side for Team USA, Scottie Scheffler still hasn't shown up and Bradley hasn't found the magical pairings his counterpart, Luke Donald, has seemingly mastered. And yet ... in Saturday morning foursomes, Bradley is pretty much running back what he rolled out Friday ... when Europe came out of the gates and won 3-1.

Bradley will be questioned big time if it doesn't pay off. Will it? Stick here to follow all the action.

Well, after a thorough beatdown by Europe that could have been worse had Patrick Cantlay and Sam Burns not salvaged a half point in Friday's final match, Europe begins Saturday play with a commanding 5.5.-2.5 lead.

Despite getting boat raced Friday morning, captain Keegan Bradley is running back essentially the same lineup Europe beat 3-1. He says he's not panicking, rather he's "sticking to the plan." Well, he better hope the plan works, otherwise the U.S. will be facing an even steeper uphill battle they might not be able to overcome.

Play begins in 15 minutes, with Team Europe rolling out Matt Fitzpatrick and Ludvig Ã…berg against Team USA's Bryson DeChambeau and Cameron Young.
