Lil Nas X is receiving treatment nearly a month after his arrest and possible overdose.
The 26-year-old "Old Town Road" rapper, born Montero Hill, reportedly missed a Sept. 15 court date in Los Angeles for felony charges related to the arrest. His lawyers noted that he was receiving inpatient treatment in an undisclosed facility in another state, according to Rolling Stone and Billboard.
The outlets reported Los Angeles County Superior Court Judge Shellie Samuels will allow Hill to remain in the facility as long as treatment continues and that she has adjusted the conditions of his release to allow for the ongoing inpatient care. The judge also sealed details on the type of care Hill is seeking, according to Rolling Stone.

USA TODAY has reached out to Hill's lawyer for comment.
"We're doing what is best for Montero from a personal standpoint, and a professional standpoint, but most importantly for his well-being," Hill's lawyer Drew Findling said after the hearing, the outlets reported. "He is surrounded by an amazing family, an amazing team of people that care about him and love him, and we're just addressing those issues. It's really as simple as that. He's had a great life; he'll continue to have a great life. This is a bump that he's gonna get over."

Lil Nas X charges: Why was Lil Nas X arrested?
The two-time Grammy winner was arrested early the morning of Aug. 21, according to Los Angeles Sheriff's Department inmate records. In a statement to USA TODAY, Los Angeles police Officer Drake Madison said officers responded to reports of a "nude man walking in the street," adding: "Upon arrival, the suspect charged at officers and was taken into custody. He was transported to a local hospital for a possible overdose and placed under arrest for Battery on a Police Officer."
Days after his arrest, Hill pleaded not guilty to three counts of battery with injury on a police officer and one count of resisting an executive officer, according to the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office. During the court arraignment, a judge set Hill's bail at $75,000 and said the singer must attend Narcotics Anonymous meetings. He was released from jail the same day.
The rapper spoke out about his arrest in a video shared on his Instagram story on Aug. 26. "Your girl is going to be OK, y'all," he told fans. "That was terrifying. That was a terrifying last four days, but your girl is going to be alright." Lil Nas X did not address the allegations against him in the video.
