Her second ex-husband, Ant Anstead, wrote a sweet comment in celebration of his former stepson's special day
The exes went through a heated custody battle after they split in September 2020, however they recently reconciled
Ant Anstead has a heartfelt message for his former stepson!
The Born Mechanic host, 46, dropped a sweet comment on his ex-wife Christina Haack's celebratory Instagram post on Aug. 20, in which she marked her oldest son Brayden's milestone birthday.
"Happy 10th birthday to our boy. Sweet, feisty, kind, smart, sensitive and spiritual. My biggest supporter- he has his mama's back. He gives the biggest hugs and when he likes you, you know it," Haack, 42, captioned the post.
She added, "I love our bond, our dates, our laughs & our love for each other. . Proud mama."
Anstead — who was stepdad to both Brayden and Haack's 14-year-old daughter Taylor when the exes were married from 2018 to 2020 — commented on the post to celebrate his former stepson hitting double digits.
"Happy birthday Bray x," the British car expert wrote in the comments section, followed by a red heart emoji.

In July, Haack made a similar gesture when Anstead's oldest daughter Amelie, 21, graduated from college and officially earned her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology.
Marking the occasion with a sweet Instagram post on July 17, Anstead shared a series of photos from Amelie's graduation that showed her dressed in a cap and gown during the ceremony, holding her certificate of completion, and posing for a selfie with her beaming dad.
"Gotta have my proud Daddo moment," Anstead wrote in the caption. "Ammo is the kindest, fiercest, most generous, beautiful, loving and brilliant lady. She's funny too! She said, 'see daddo this proves I'm clever!'"
The caption continued, "Ammo you are more than clever, you are the whole world wrapped in one! And a true inspiration to me and everyone around you. I love you my little lady!! You are a miracle and I am so excited for this next chapter….. The world is at your feet…… and I already know you're going to go after it."
In response to both the heartfelt caption and Amelie's achievement, Haack offered a simple gesture of support by liking the post.

Haack and Anstead tied the knot in December 2018, making the HGTV star stepmom to Amelie and Anstead's son Archie, now 18. The designer was first married to ex-husband Tarek El Moussa, with whom she shares Taylor and Brayden.
In September 2019, Haack and Anstead welcomed a son Hudson, now 5, before splitting a year later in September 2020 after less than two years of marriage.
The exes were not on amicable terms in the years after their divorce, which was finalized in June 2021, and were involved in a heated custody battle involving Hudson. While their custody arrangement was settled in November 2022, their relationship remained tense.
That all changed in October 2024, when Haack re-followed her ex on Instagram, marking a turning point in their relationship post-split.

Fans finally learned what sparked their unexpected reconciliation during Haack's house flipping competition show, The Flip Off, which featured Anstead as a guest judge in February.
In the revealing episode, Haack explained that it was her third divorce from ex-husband Josh Hall that led her and Anstead to wave the white flag after years of turmoil in their relationship.

"After Josh and I split up, I went over to [Ant's] house to pick Hudson up because I was taking him to a birthday party. And when I walked up to the door, he gave me a huge hug. We hadn't hugged in years," Haack explained in the episode.
"He just said 'I'm so sorry for everything you're going through and I'm here for you no matter what you need,'" she continued. "It was a very nice moment. We had a long talk after and we decided to put all the BS aside and be good co-parents, like Tarek and I, for Hudson."
