Top NFL Draft prospect Kyren Lacy dead at 24... weeks after negligent homicide arrest
Former LSU wide receiver Kyren Lacy has reportedly taken his own life at the age of 24 - days before he was due in court accused of negligent homicide. Lacy was considered one of the top prospects coming out of college football ahead of the 2025 NFL draft. But shocking reports emerged on Sunday that he had died. According to WBRZ, the cause of death was suicide. Lacy was arrested on January 13 after a warrant was issued by local police over a December 17 car crash that killed a 78-year-old Louisiana man.
