Doctor reveals why Yankees legend Brett Gardner and family didn't suffer same tragic fate as son Miller
After Costa Rican authorities officially confirmed Miller Gardner's death was caused by carbon monoxide poisoning, a forensic pathologist has suggested why his family didn't suffer a similar fate. Miller, the 14-year-old son of New York Yankees legend Brett Gardner, died suddenly on March 21 while on vacation at the Arenas Del Mar Beachfront & Rainforest Resort after he and his family members fell sick. Miller and the rest of the Gardner family, including his dad Brett, mom Jessica, and older brother Hunter, 16, had all suffered severe stomach cramps, vomiting and diarrhea following dinner at an outside restaurant the night before the tragedy.
