Jeremiah Azu is targeting breaking the British 100 metres record this summer after his fabulous fortnight indoors. The Welsh sprinter was crowned world indoor 60m champion in China last Friday, just two weeks after winning gold at the European Indoors in the Netherlands, running a lifetime best of 6.49sec in both finals. Now Azu believes he can use his stunning 60m success as a springboard to smashing his personal best over 100m, admitting Zharnel Hughes' national record of 9.
