Man United have reportedly agreed to get one of their highest-paid flops off their wage bill in a loan deal - despite the transfer window having closed a week ago. Business closed for the major European leagues on February 3. However, a number of other leagues remain open for business and that has allowed Man United to work towards reducing costs.
