Everton 2-2 Liverpool PLAYER RATINGS: Who struggled with the Toffees' aerial bombardment? Which star produced a mountainous display? And who thrived in the feisty midfield battle?
Everton scored a 98th-minute equaliser to rescue a 2-2 draw against Liverpool in the last ever Merseyside derby at Goodison Park. Beto put Everton ahead after just 11 minutes when he raced onto Jarrad Branthwaite's through ball before slotting past Alisson. Salah then put Liverpool in front after 73 minutes, but Everton would not be denied and James Tarkowski fired home an unstoppable volley deep into stoppage time to secure a point for the hosts.
