College football star dies in Las Vegas aged 21 just weeks after transfer
UNLV offensive lineman Ben Christman died on Tuesday at age 21 in his Las Vegas apartment, the school announced on Wednesday without a confirmed cause of death. Christman had transferred to UNLV last month after two seasons at Kentucky. Before that, he was a four-star recruit out of high school and played for two years at Ohio State. The 6-foot-6, 325-pound Christman was entering his final season of college eligibility by playing under new Rebels head coach Dan Mullen.
