After refusing to offer the officer his concept, the man was put behind a police cruiser by a Sergeant[/caption]

That's one thing a Florida couple didn't understand as captured with body cam footage from police officers on YouTube (@BodyCamWatch), as an officer pulled them over for driving a golf cart on public roads.

"The golf cart was multiple automobiles in front of the officer, and earlier than he might get shut, the golf cart was a gated group," the caption of the video read.

The difficulty arose when the officer pulled into their driveway to ask for identification, and the man acquired confrontational, saying that he didn't need to legally present identification.

After some banter, the person demanded that the officer call in a supervisor – which the officer patiently warned that it might turn the state of affairs into something far uglier than if he merely offered his ID.

The person informed the officer to get off of his property, and the officer reminded him that the property belonged to the HOA, so the officer was properly inside authorized parameters to park there.

Then a lady got here out – arguing that as a result of the officer didn't pull them over at the actual second the violation was dedicated – that the officer had no proper to pursue a citation.

"Yeah, that's not how that works, ma'am," the officer stated, sustaining a cool composure.

Not too long after the pointless change, the officer's Sergeant arrived, who gave the person two choices: present the officer with some identification, or be delivered to county jail.

As the person further refused, he was placed in handcuffs, and the lady started putting her arms on the officers to stop the person from being cuffed – so she was placed in cuffs, too.

In the long run, the man pleaded to the Sergeant saying that he had 'no concept' that he was legally required to offer his ID, and if he'd recognized, he would have given it to him immediately.

The cops referred to as the youngsters's mom to observe them whereas the man and lady have been processed offsite, as two minors have been inside the home.

Public reaction was robust, with almost 50,000 feedback rooting for the officers.

"I rarely root for the cops, but those individuals have been unbearable and the officers have been beyond patient," one comment learn.

"I really like the guy crying at the finish. What a punk."

Another viewer commented on the fact that the man was so cocky and positive of himself before the Sergeant confirmed up.

"I really like how this guy stated 'absolutely not! I don't have to offer you my license. Get off my property,' After which when the supervisor exhibits up, it's, 'Oh, I just simply needed to ask a question. I didn't know I needed to give my driver's license, I used to be just asking questions,' they wrote.

In the long run, the couple have been both charged with resisting arrest, and earned the visitors violation for driving the golf cart on public roads.
